What is the fasting-stage ring?
As your fast continues, Ignis shows a ring that moves through general wellness stages, fed, fat-burning, ketosis, and autophagy, based on the time elapsed since your last meal. It is a simple, visual way to follow your fasting window. Ignis is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.
Which fasting protocols does Ignis support?
Ignis supports 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, and a custom window you set yourself. You can switch protocols at any time, and Ignis handles the timing and reminders for you.
Does Ignis work on the Lock Screen?
Yes. While a fast is running, Ignis shows a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with your elapsed time, current stage, and time remaining, so you can check progress without opening the app.
Is Ignis a subscription?
No. Ignis is free to download, and Ignis Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription, ever.
