What is the fasting-stage ring?
As your fast continues, Ignis shows a ring that moves through five general wellness stages—fed, early fat-burning, fat-burning, ketosis, and autophagy—based on the time elapsed since your last meal. It is a visual way to follow estimated stages of your fasting window. Ignis is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.
Which fasting protocols does Ignis support?
Ignis supports 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, and a custom window you set yourself. You can switch protocols at any time, and Ignis handles the timing and reminders for you.
Does Ignis work on the Lock Screen?
Yes, with Ignis Pro. While a fast is running, its Live Activity appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with system date-driven elapsed time and goal progress, so you can check progress without opening the app. Named stage labels are not promised to transition autonomously after the app is terminated.
Is Ignis a subscription?
Not in the current public US release. Ignis is free to download, and Ignis Pro is a one-time $14.99 purchase. Existing lifetime purchasers retain permanent access. Use Restore Purchases if the entitlement does not appear. Apple shows the applicable purchase terms for your storefront before purchase.
What does Ignis Pro include?
Ignis Pro includes Live Activity and Dynamic Island with elapsed time and goal progress, the calendar heatmap, and full history. In the current public US release, it is a one-time $14.99 purchase. Existing lifetime purchasers retain permanent access.
Is my fasting data private?
Yes. Your fasts, schedules, and history are stored locally on your device with SwiftData. There are no accounts and no cloud sync, and your fasting data is not sent to a server or shared with third parties.
What if I am an existing lifetime purchaser?
Existing lifetime purchasers retain lifetime access. Open Ignis, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases if the entitlement does not appear automatically.
