How does the converter work?
Open UnitFlip, select a category from the tabs at the top, type a number in the From field, and the result appears instantly in the To field. Tap the swap button between the fields to flip the conversion direction.

What categories and units are included?
The free tier includes 8 categories: length, weight, volume, temperature, speed, digital storage, time, and cooking. Pro adds fuel economy, pressure, angle, and currency with daily rate sync.

What does UnitFlip Pro include?
Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase that adds 3 extra categories (fuel economy, pressure, angle), live currency rates with daily auto-sync, and unlimited favorite conversion pairs. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. This uses Apple's StoreKit restore flow to reactivate Pro features if you have an existing purchase on your Apple ID.

Does UnitFlip collect my data?
No. UnitFlip stores all favorites, preferences, and conversion history locally on your device using SwiftData. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

How do currency rates work?
The free tier includes bundled currency rates that ship with the app. Pro users get daily auto-sync for up-to-date rates. The app always works offline using the most recent cached rates.
