By using ReceiptCrate, you agree to these terms.

What ReceiptCrate Does

ReceiptCrate helps you save receipts, purchase details, return deadlines, warranty dates, notes, and proof-of-purchase information.

ReceiptCrate is an organization tool. It does not guarantee that a store, manufacturer, warranty provider, or other party will accept a return, refund, replacement, or warranty claim.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate information
• Reviewing OCR suggestions before saving
• Keeping your own backups
• Verifying store return policies
• Verifying warranty terms
• Protecting your device and app data

Purchases

ReceiptCrate may offer a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store rules.

Ads

The free version may display Google AdMob ads. Google User Messaging Platform may be used to present privacy options and consent choices where required.

Lifetime Pro removes ads.

Receipt photos, receipt text, item names, serial numbers, notes, and purchase records are not sent to Google for ad targeting.

ReceiptCrate does not provide legal, financial, tax, warranty, or consumer rights advice.

Data And Backups

ReceiptCrate stores app data locally by default. If you lose your device, delete the app, or fail to create a backup, your saved records may be lost.

Acceptable Use

Do not use ReceiptCrate to store or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Disclaimers

ReceiptCrate is provided as-is. The app may contain bugs or limitations.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TheChosenVictor LLC and ReceiptCrate are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
