Does ReceiptCrate need an account?
No. The iPhone app is built to work without a user account. Receipt records are stored locally on your device by default.

What does the free version include?
The free version includes up to 25 saved items, one attachment per item, search, local return reminders, local warranty reminders, archive, export, and bug reporting. It may show AdMob banner ads on non-critical screens.

What does Lifetime Pro unlock?
Lifetime Pro removes ads and unlocks unlimited saved receipt records. It is a one-time non-consumable purchase through Apple's StoreKit purchase flow.

Where are my receipt photos stored?
Receipt photos and purchase details stay on your device by default. They are not uploaded to a ReceiptCrate server unless you choose to export, share, or include something in a support message.

Does OCR cost anything extra?
No. The iPhone version uses Apple's on-device Vision text recognition when OCR is available. ReceiptCrate does not depend on a paid OCR API.

How do I restore Lifetime Pro?
Open Settings, go to ReceiptCrate Pro, and use Restore Purchase. The restore flow checks your Apple ID purchase history through StoreKit.
