Support can help with app functionality, but cannot access or recover a local permit-hour log. Do not send learner names, coordinates, signatures, backup files, passwords, or recovery material unless necessary and you intentionally choose to share them. NightHours cannot certify a PDF to a DMV.
NightHours stores learner names, drives, notes, optional location samples, signatures, and purchase state locally on your iPhone. TheChosenVictor LLC does not operate a NightHours account or log backend.
No. Because there is no NightHours account or server copy, support cannot recover a log that was deleted from the device and never exported. A backup you created earlier may be restorable in the app.
No. Manual Start and Stop works with location off. Location is optional for distance, sunset-at-this-coordinate, and automatic detection.
Apple processes the one-time Lifetime Household purchase and refunds. Use Restore Purchases in the app for a previous purchase, or Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com service for refund requests.
