Use the app's encrypted backup when you need a restorable copy. JSON, CSV, and PDF exports are readable files and are not encrypted, so choose their destination carefully.
No. Because Vestloop has no account or data backend, support cannot recover wardrobe data deleted from your device. A backup you created earlier may be restorable in the app.
