How Vestloop handles local wardrobe records, photos, backups, exports, purchases, and support correspondence.

Vestloop is a local-first iPhone app for organizing garments, building outfits, and keeping a private wear history. No account, no ads, and no tracking.
Vestloop is developed and operated by TheChosenVictor LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Victor Solano owns TheChosenVictor LLC.
The following data is stored locally on your device:
TheChosenVictor LLC does not operate a Vestloop account, hosted database, or cloud-sync service. We cannot view, recover, or edit the wardrobe data stored by the app.
Vestloop accesses your photo library or camera only when you choose to add a garment image. The app processes and stores those images locally. It does not upload them to a Vestloop server or send them to a remote AI service.
You control camera and photo-library permissions in iOS Settings.
If you enable reminders, Vestloop schedules them locally through iOS. No reminder payload is sent to a Vestloop server.
If you enable App Lock, iOS performs the Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode check. Vestloop does not receive or store your biometric data.
Vestloop can create an encrypted backup through the Files interface. Keep its recovery material private; TheChosenVictor LLC cannot recover it for you.
JSON, CSV, and PDF exports are not encrypted. They may contain private wardrobe information. Files you export or back up are handled by the destination and storage provider you choose, subject to that provider's policies.
Apple processes in-app purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. Vestloop does not receive your payment-card or billing credentials. The app may store purchase entitlement state locally so it can unlock purchased features.
Vestloop does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, a user account, or a wardrobe-data backend. We do not sell wardrobe data or share it for advertising.
The app does not send us data automatically. If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. Email providers process that communication so it can be delivered and answered.
Do not send wardrobe photos, private notes, backup files, passwords, or recovery material unless they are necessary to your request and you intentionally choose to share them.
On-device data remains until you delete it in Vestloop or remove the app. Because there is no Vestloop account or data backend, TheChosenVictor LLC cannot restore deleted local data.
Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request, preserve relevant support history, and prevent abuse. To request deletion of support correspondence, email [email protected] from the address associated with the request.
Apple retains purchase records under its own policies. Files you place with another storage provider remain subject to that provider's controls and retention practices.
Vestloop is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
We may update this policy as Vestloop changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
