What happens if I forget my PIN?
VaultSnap cannot recover your PIN or encrypted photos. There is no cloud backup, no recovery email, and no way for us to access your data. Store your PIN securely.
How does the decoy vault work?
The decoy vault is a separate space with its own PIN. When someone forces you to unlock the app, enter the decoy PIN to show innocent placeholder photos instead of your real vault.
What is break-in detection?
When someone enters the wrong PIN, VaultSnap silently captures a photo using the front camera and logs the attempt with a timestamp. You can review these entries in Settings.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open VaultSnap, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
