What happens if I forget my PIN?
VaultSnap cannot recover your PIN or encrypted photos. There is no cloud backup, no recovery email, and no way for us to access your data. Store your PIN securely.
How does the decoy vault work?
The decoy vault is a separate space with its own PIN. When someone forces you to unlock the app, enter the decoy PIN and VaultSnap opens to a completely empty vault with none of your real photos or albums.
What is break-in detection?
When enabled, VaultSnap captures a front-camera photo after repeated failed PIN attempts without another in-app confirmation at that moment. iOS may show its camera-use indicator. Entries stay local for 90 days, and you can review or clear them in Settings.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open VaultSnap, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
