Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SwipeClean ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

SwipeClean is developed and operated by Victor Solano ("we," "us," "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SwipeClean. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Description of Service

SwipeClean is an iOS application that helps you review and delete unwanted photos from your device's camera roll. The app presents photos in timed rounds, tracks your cleanup progress with gamification features (XP, levels, streaks, achievements, boss battles), and offers a one-time Pro upgrade for extended features.

Photo Library Access

SwipeClean requires access to your photo library to function. By granting photo library access, you authorize the app to:

• Display your photos for review during cleanup rounds.
• Request deletion of photos you mark for removal, subject to iOS system confirmation.
• Read basic photo metadata (creation date, file size) for display purposes.

SwipeClean does not upload, copy, or transmit your photos to any server. All photo processing occurs entirely on your device.

Deletions and Data Loss

When you mark photos for deletion during a round, SwipeClean submits a batch deletion request to iOS. The system presents a confirmation dialog before any photos are removed. Deleted photos are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album, where they remain recoverable for approximately 30 days before iOS permanently removes them.

You are solely responsible for your decision to delete any photo. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from your use of the app's deletion features, including photos that expire from the "Recently Deleted" album.

In-App Purchases

SwipeClean offers a one-time, non-consumable "Pro" upgrade through Apple's App Store. This purchase is processed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.

• Pricing is displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore previous purchases via Settings > Upgrade > Restore Purchase.

Advertising

Free-tier users may view optional rewarded video ads (powered by Google AdMob) to earn extra swipe time. Ad serving is subject to your tracking consent preferences and Google's Terms of Service.

Pro users are never shown ads.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior for unfair advantage.

Intellectual Property

SwipeClean, including its design, code, graphics, gamification mechanics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Victor Solano. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SwipeClean is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Victor Solano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (including in-app purchases) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding SwipeClean and supersede any prior agreements.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Notices. We may provide notices to you through the app or by updating these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
