Overview
Sortes ("the app") is an iPhone decision utility for coin flips, wheel spins, dice rolls, and local decision history. Sortes stores settings, wheel options, saved presets, dice configuration, history, and purchase state on your device. The free version may show one Google AdMob banner in the History sheet after onboarding is complete and at least 24 hours have passed since first launch.
Sortes is developed and operated by TheChosenVictor LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Victor Solano owns TheChosenVictor LLC.
Data We Access
In-App Purchases
Sortes offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase ("Sortes Pro") that unlocks unlimited wheel options, custom dice, saved wheel presets, CSV history export, and removes the History banner. Purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. We do not handle or store payment information.
Bug reports and support requests
If you submit a support request, Sortes or the public support form may send the message you write, app context needed to diagnose the issue, and your optional email address if you choose to include it. We use this only to provide support and improve app functionality.
Advertising and Consent
The free version of Sortes may show a Google AdMob adaptive banner in the History sheet. Sortes uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request and display ads and the Google User Messaging Platform SDK to collect and manage consent where required.
Ads are limited to the History sheet. Sortes does not show interstitial ads, rewarded ads, app-open ads, ads on result screens, ads during onboarding, or ads in the paywall.
These Google SDKs may process information such as IP address, coarse location derived from IP address, device identifiers, the device advertising identifier when permitted, advertising data, product interaction, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Decision history, wheel options, saved wheel presets, dice selections, coin results, and app settings are not sent to Google for ad targeting.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Sortes uses Google's certified consent management flow before requesting ads when consent is required. Users can consent, decline consent, or manage options in the consent message. If privacy options are required in your region, Sortes also provides a privacy options entry point in Settings.
Where required for personalized advertising, Sortes uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before allowing tracking that depends on the device advertising identifier. If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites. If you deny tracking, non-personalized or limited ads may be shown. You can change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
App Store Privacy Labels
The App Store privacy labels for Sortes disclose the following data categories for Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform:

| Identifiers | Device ID and advertising identifier when permitted | Third-party advertising and analytics |

- On-device Sortes data is retained until you delete it in the app where supported or uninstall the app.
- AdMob data is retained by Google per their data retention policies.
- StoreKit purchase records are retained by Apple per their policies.

Data Deletion
You can delete local app data at any time:
- Uninstall: Removing Sortes from your device deletes the locally stored SwiftData database and local preferences.
- History controls: Use in-app history controls to clear decision history where available.
To request deletion of data processed by Google AdMob, refer to Google's Privacy Policy. To request deletion of support data you sent to TheChosenVictor LLC, contact us at [email protected].
