These terms cover Kitwise as a local-first kit tracking and reminder utility.

Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kitwise ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Kitwise is developed and operated by TheChosenVictor LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Victor Solano owns TheChosenVictor LLC.
Description of Service
Kitwise is an iPhone utility for tracking emergency kit contents, storage locations, expiration dates, missing items, and local reminder schedules. The app helps you create and maintain go bags, home kits, and car kits from practical starter templates.
Core features may include kit and item tracking, starter templates, quantity fields, location fields, expiration dates, reminder lead times, local reminders, and offline access to core kit data.
Not Emergency Advice
Kitwise is not an emergency advice app, warning system, rescue service, disaster-response platform, or replacement for current instructions from qualified local authorities. Starter templates are practical starting points only. You are responsible for adjusting kit contents for your household, location, needs, and current local instructions.
Local Data and Data Loss
Kitwise stores kit data locally on your device. TheChosenVictor LLC does not operate a Kitwise backend and cannot view, restore, or recover local kit contents.
Your Kitwise data may be permanently lost if you delete the app, lose your device, reset your device, damage your device, or delete kit records inside the app. You are responsible for understanding this local-only storage model.
In-App Purchases
Kitwise may offer a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase through Apple's App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store terms.
Lifetime Pro may unlock unlimited kits, unlimited custom items, custom categories, advanced templates, and recurring inspection schedules. Pricing is shown before purchase and may vary by region.
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore previous purchases through the app's restore purchase flow.
Advertising
Kitwise does not show advertising of any kind. The app does not use advertising SDKs, consent SDKs, ad mediation, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, use it for unlawful purposes, interfere with normal operation, extract data from sandboxed storage through unauthorized means, or misrepresent Kitwise as affiliated with any government agency, emergency service, or nonprofit organization.
Intellectual Property
Kitwise, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of TheChosenVictor LLC. All rights reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Kitwise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, local reminders will always fire at the expected time, kit data will be recoverable, or starter templates will match every household, location, or situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheChosenVictor LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, kit records, reminders, or device information arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app, including in-app purchases, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Apple End User License Agreement Terms
This agreement is between you and TheChosenVictor LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Kitwise or its content. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
