By downloading, installing, or using How Tomorrow Went ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
How Tomorrow Went is developed and operated by TheChosenVictor LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Victor Solano owns TheChosenVictor LLC.
You must be at least 4 years old to use How Tomorrow Went (or have parental consent). This corresponds to the app's 4+ rating on the Apple App Store.
How Tomorrow Went is an iOS application that provides a daily micro-journal for personal reflection. It is free to download. Apple presents the current terms for any optional in-app purchase before purchase. The app includes:
How Tomorrow Went is a personal reflection and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

How Tomorrow Went stores journal entries locally on your device using SwiftData. It does not provide account-based sync or an app-operated backup service. iOS device backups may include app data under Apple's backup settings and policies. The developer cannot access or recover your journal data.
Your journal data will be permanently lost if:
We cannot recover your app-local data. There is no How Tomorrow Went server-side storage. You are responsible for understanding this limitation.
We recommend using the Export feature (optional access) to periodically back up your journal entries as a plain text file.
For the optional photo attachment feature, How Tomorrow Went uses Apple's system photo picker so you can select photos from your library. It does not use the camera and never accesses your full photo library; it only receives the specific photos you choose. Attached photos are stored within the app's sandboxed container.
How Tomorrow Went is free to download. Apple shows the price, terms, and included features for any optional purchase before you buy; those details can vary by storefront. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
How Tomorrow Went does not show advertising of any kind. It does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

How Tomorrow Went, including its design, code, graphics, prompts, and branding, is the intellectual property of TheChosenVictor LLC. All rights reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
How Tomorrow Went is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
How Tomorrow Went is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please contact a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheChosenVictor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
This includes, without limitation:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (including in-app purchases) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This agreement is between you and TheChosenVictor LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for How Tomorrow Went or its content.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and TheChosenVictor LLC only, and not with Apple. TheChosenVictor LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for How Tomorrow Went and its content.
The license granted to you for How Tomorrow Went is limited to a non-transferable license to use How Tomorrow Went on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
TheChosenVictor LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for How Tomorrow Went, as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to How Tomorrow Went.
TheChosenVictor LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of How Tomorrow Went to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for How Tomorrow Went to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to How Tomorrow Went.
TheChosenVictor LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to How Tomorrow Went or your possession and/or use of How Tomorrow Went, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that How Tomorrow Went fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
TheChosenVictor LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to How Tomorrow Went or your possession and use of How Tomorrow Went.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using How Tomorrow Went.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your license to use the app is immediately revoked. Note that due to the local-only nature of How Tomorrow Went, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all journal data stored within it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding How Tomorrow Went and supersede any prior agreements.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
